Unless the owner is laundering money this place won’t last. All employees we’re outside (approx 6 of them) and the food was no where checkers should be. Fries were really soggy and distasteful as if they been cook an hr before I got there. The burger was not good. Tasted as if was really old. Soggy sandwich as well.

I guess this was the hype about the checkers in Montgomery. We were in line for at least 40 minutes just to get served slop basically. Mind you this was a double checker burger basically wrapped in some parchment paper. The only soda option available was root-beer. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. The positive reviews you see under this location is false and most likely paid advertisement from some of the employees or family/friends

I showed up around 5pm on 6/5/2023 and it was closed. Or so I thought. Found the employees out back in the field one with the headset still on just talking and smoking. 4 people outside and nobody inside to take the orders. Even willing to bet the owner paid them to not work as I’m sure they where on the clock with that girl in the red shirt still having the drive thru headset on.

Worst experience ever at a restaurant. Tried to place order at drive thru, but was ignored after I started. When I pulled around the worker said he didn’t get our order. Was very rude. Apparently we were the wrong color for that time of night. After being told to pull around and wait for our order, the young man’s demeanor and attitude convinced us not to even try the food . Must be bad management. Shame . It is a very nice looking Checkers.

I had a to go order and i got the chicken bites and fries. this the worse shi i’ve ever had in my life. chicken don’t even got no seasoning. it juh takes like air n da fries soggy ash. the bites ain’t even had any color it was crispy or nun taste like it sat out for the whole day.

Guy a flat one night in the rain on the way to pick up order placed online… Couldn’t get there in time, sent an email and by noon the next day the manager personally replied and let me come pick up my order. Grateful for the ease and promptness.

The food is always good. The service was awful. I sat at the window 15 minutes watching a girl walk around the counter with fries in her hand. My first thought was, I hope they wasn’t mine. She placed them behind the register. I guess so she can eat them. Next she went fixed herself a big cup of soda drink and stood there drinking it in the middle of the floor. Next 3 people including the girl kept walking back and forward with a bag. Remind you I haven’t gotten my drinks yet. One of the guys finally picked up a bag to hand me the girl said that wasn’t mine. So he had to walk around looking in all of the bags to find the one I should have. After getting my food I had to ask for my drinks. The girl fixed 2 big drinks when I first came to the window, she fixed the one she dranked , leaving mine sitting there. After she drank her drink, she fixed two more. Within all of this I seen no hand washing.

Definitely not it… if there’s a way to ruin something I guarantee you Montgomery will do so… how is it even possible to make the customer wait for 30 mins to order and receive the food but it’s cold, two top buns, no sprite, coke or cup holders??? Restaurant hasn’t even been open a good six months and is already a epic fail!! It’s truly sad
