We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

First time visiting this checkers while in town, ordered the spicy fish meal at cheese and ketchup. The fries were fresh the cheese was missing and the fish was hard like they refried it and did not taste fresh. I will not eat here again.

One of the better experiences in fast food that I’ve had. The order was 100% correct, hot, and pretty quick. The best part about it was the service. I didn’t catch the young man’s name at the window, but he was friendly, polite, and quick. I couldn’t be more pleased with the interaction. Keep up the great work!

I ordered a brewhouse muthercruncher sandwich, but got a BBQ muthercruncher sandwich. Not happy. Yesenia the cashier was very rude. Never scanned my app and never got the rewards points. She didn’t know what she was doing. Horrible experience. Customer service skills stunk. I won’t return to this location ever again.

So I had a few bad experiences at this location with sandwiches and thought I would give them another try. I got the double fish, double spicy chicken and a couple of all american burgers, all with Xtra Mayo and Onion. The Fish was not fit to eat and was so hard it was like show leather. Had to throw it away. All the rest were Great! I told them manager on duty filling in from Clermont and he immediately made me the same things and didn’t charge me for them. I offered to pay but he insisted on paying for them. I really appreciate this as it was my dinner and I was so hungry. The new batch came out Perfect and was fresh and crispy just like I had expected. Thank You for giving customer Service, I truallly appreciated it.

Have attempted to come here twice for lunch, both today (12/7/22) and yesterday (12/6/22) at 11:05 AM. Both times there have been no employees. No signs posted, no indication of anything. Hours are listed as 10 AM to 10 PM. I am unsure if this location is closed or the hours need to be changed, but clearly something is wrong.
