As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

This is one of the dirtiest Dusty is looking Checkers I’ve ever seen in my entire life and you got Checkers all up and down the Florida coast all up in Georgia and then I saw the commercial come on TV if you read some of the fine prints you can almost catch the date that these specials are going and just two maybe three weeks ago not even they had a special on any size fry for a dollar I go up to Checkers and the woman said well that’s special stop yesterday I thought it stopped yesterday I said now even in the fine print you can see where it didn’t stop yesterday I can’t catch the start date but I was trying to catch the end date but anyway it wasn’t the date I went so I politely drove off and told him thank you for the service they don’t want to work they was probably going to get my money and keep it and put that little Dollar in there and try to get that money for them to $3 fries and Rob people that is the most disgusting place I’ve ever seen as far as the outside I would hate to even I’m glad they didn’t give me none of that food from the inside

The person taking orders at the drive-through has absolutely no patience. Rushed us to order and then gave us a total before we were finished ordering. She said “pull forward” so I did, right through and down the road to Krystal. If that’s the kind of people management is hiring, I will never go there ever again. And I will tell all my friends and coworkers why to avoid Checkers.

Whoever is taking drive thru orders needs some serious training. I couldn’t even place my entire order. She didn’t tell me what sauce options there were and gave me attitude for not already knowing them. Then she rudely told me to pull forward when I had only ordered one of the four things I needed to order. So I did what she said and pulled forward without completing my order, but I kept on driving.

When a fast food restaurant, jumps out with 15 minutes to wait for an item. It’s so confusing that I can’t comprehend. The inflated prices for chicken and maybe a 5-10 minute wait feels more appropriate. It doesn’t seem like this store wants to help give me food and definitely not fast food. Good luck to you all!

Ordered from Doordash today. food was cold & gross. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and they sent a regular one. Funnel cake fries and sauces were missing from our order. No straws for drink in the bag, no napkins. When I messaged the Driver Elina about the missing food she never even responded. Then I got a notification to say Checkers were no longer accepting door dash deliveries today, so I couldn’t even get the missing food re-delivered. Now I see on the app they are accepting deliveries again. First and last time I’ll ever purchase food from here.

Was at the window to pick up an order for 9 minutes. Completely ignored before a person came and then asked to see my phone cause they didn’t believe I was actually picking up an order. Which made my order around 20 minutes late. Which cost me not only time, but money, cause they’re lazy.

I online ordered and went thru the online drive thru line. The man opened the window but didn’t say anything just stared at me so I told him my name and he handed me the bag and shut the window.
