We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Checkers is usually a favorite stop for us but this experience was a let down. No watermelon slushy, Coke or funnel cake fries and worst of all the chicken in my hubs sandwich was the Poster child for chicken jerky.

I’m just wondering why we talked about no pickles five times and they’re still on my sandwich. Little girl in drive thru had an attitude when I asked if she heard me, didn’t even ring the right sandwich up yet trying to rush through the order (messing stuff up Pay attention !!) especially after having us waiting at the speaker for 5 minutes to order two combos. You guys have missed my sandwiches, overcharged me, never had a brookie in store, close early when you’re not supposed to and I’ve been quiet but today you all have me messed up. Wasting someone’s money on the wrong food on top of being rude with the nice people. Was more courteous and patient than the broad being paid to work customer service cmon now get it together !!

Absolutely awful. The drive thru was horrible. I placed my order and was then blocked in for 15 min while the guy made the person in front of me’s order. I couldn’t back out because someone was behind me. You would think because I waited so long the food would be hot . No way. Bacon burger had no bacon on it. $11 waste of money. Whole place smelled like weed. Should have known.

I waited at the order window for quite literally 47 minutes BEFORE my order was even taken , stuck in their line. After ordering it was another half hour AND THEY DIDNT EVEN MAKE ALL OF THE FOOD. They completely left out the fries in the meal. Do not ever subject yourself to this atrocity of a “fast food” place. An absolute disgrace to the rally’s checkers brand.

Man this is THE WORST Checkers I have EVER been too, didn’t have half the menu available, the manager lady was rude as EVER!! My fries were BURNT to the point where there was NOTHING inside the fries. My chicken tenders were not cooked thoroughly… raw on the inside! Such a disappointment!!
