As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

You don’t have to wait in line, you get the best deals like BOGOs and free sides, no pressure when ordering, customize the meals, earn points, re-order the same thing you had last time, earn a lot of points by referring friends. USE THE APP! I don’t know why people are complaining when you can just USE THE APP. It’s so easy! Avoid the drama and USE THE APP. very rude night workers. service was very slow and i ordered a burger into the speaker and waited forever to be assisted at the window. when i mentioned i was still missing something i was given so much attitude and she acted as if it was MY fault the speaker didn’t pick up what i said.

Terrible service. We were behind two cars and once our turn to order in the drive-through, we waited 5mins before a voice acknowledged us. We told them what we wanted and of course our order was wrong. And of course we were already home by the time you can actually open the burger wrappers to see all the toppings under the melted cheese. I wish they had better service, because the fries are so good.

Bought 4 $5 meals that came with popcorn chicken and was told that the meals do not come with sauces wanted me to pay 16 cents for each sauce where Wendy’s is down the street and for $5 they give you basicaly the same things and sauces

Today we picked up a couple of Big Bufords Combos from the pickup window. We loved the seasoned fries . Food was hot, fresh and correct. My only complaint was I stood at the pickup window for a long time before I got service. But when I did, the server was nice and friendly. 🙂
