We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I went to the walk up window waited there almost 5 minutes the manager saw me standing there kept working instead of saying one moment then a girl came from the back went to the drive thru after 2 minutes she finally opened window. I told them I wanted the mix and match they said only combos 1 thru 10 and combo must be large. This on a Sunday at 3pm. I did call corporate and reported it! To the store manager you need to check up on the store when you are not there! I walked away couldn’t order anything because of the limited menu. Worst experience! ALSO I HAVE BEEN A MANAGER FOR MCDONALD’S AND WORKED FAST FOOD! I WILL NEVER GO TO YOUR LOCATION AGAIN! ALSO THE MANAGER AND CREW PERSON WORKED SUNDAY JUNE 18TH AT 3PM NEEDS BETTER TRAINING!!

Terrible service and rude employees. Waited 20-25 minutes at the drive thru although there was maybe 1-2 cars in line. The gentleman at the window was rude when trying to clarify my order. The store was out of Coke beverages and apparently had no ketchup to go with my fries? This place is a disaster, management should consider making changes!
