In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Gave us fully loaded fries with regular bacon instead of bacon bits. This was after we came back and made them fix our order because they gave us a double burger instead of a triple, and dried out chicken tenders. When they gave us our new food, they forgot the loaded fries. Of course, I didn’t open the fries box and inspect them before leaving. I should have. Any time I order chicken tenders, they always forget the sauce. They always mess up our order. If you make them fix the problem, they still mess it up. I won’t be coming back here anymore.

I tend to stay away from checkers for the fact that the food and service haven’t been good.But this checker is near my business. So i went for lunch. i was amazed at how fresh the food was. reminded you of my other experience with the other ones, the soagie bread, because they put too much mayo or the greasy fries. So far, I’ve been to this Checker 4 times, and the food quality service and the establishment are great. i highly recommend this location

Worst checkers around. Not one but both of the burgers I ordered were raw. Not pink but raw and cold in the middle. Won’t go to checkers again. Even the cheese sticks were frozen on the inside. How do you screw that up. Wrote to corporate and never heard back. They either have to many complaints to deal with or just don’t care.

Just got a call from door dash telling me that the store was out of fries. That if they can replace with a Coke…. how does that compare? I said no to replace with a food item like chicken and they said no it was more than the cost of the fries. I told door dash that the store ran out of fries how is that my fault as they have it on the menu as selectable. He said the restaurant told him that in that case tell me to cancel the order. Unbelievable. I felt bad for the driver who already drove there so I took the order as is without the fries. I will not be ordering from Checkers in Hialeah Gardens anymore. Bad customer service.

I have come two times to this Checkers at 6:20pm the same time and both times there’s been no ice cream. The workers at this specific Checkers are all doing nothing they were all sitting at the back. We asked the person that attended us through the drive through that why did they not have ice cream at this time, and she just stayed quiet didn’t even answer us. I do not really recommend this place
