We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

As former Checkers GM, I had the worst experience at this location.I was expecting a quality product but got a dried out burger and (not crispy fries, they were hard as a rock fries)Who’s running this store? It’s not the management team! This store embarrassed me to say I ever worked for Checkers. Just being honest. Good Luck, won’t go back to this location.

I ordered online from the Fern Park store and when I got my order it was cold and it was missing items. When I called, I had to call over 20 times for anyone to answer and when they answered they completely ignored me. I do not recommend this store. Go to the one in Altamonte Springs. Way better.

Always love their food, but the automated ordering system they have at the drive thru needs some help. Doesn’t get the details of your order right. Like no pickles ect..

I just spent 10 minutes in the front window waiting for someone to take my order, while they are joking in front of me. When I’ve asked if they were having a meeting, the cashier just gave me the rudest attitude. I’m never going back to this store. Plain disrespectful. They lucky I can’t give them less rating because that’s what they deserved. Dayshift is amazing but this night shift don’t really care.

Went at 230am and the manager said they didn’t have any meat. Whether from poor management didn’t order; or workers didn’t want to do their job. Either way poor service in every way.

Did an uber eats pickup at this location only to wait almost 20 mins for 3 simple items. I had to wait at least 5 mins for the employees to even acknowledge me at the window to ask why I was standing there. I then asked how long will the order take and they tell me a 10-15 min wait. They continued to take care of every other customer in the drive thru and left me for last even though I was there first. Very rude staff with zero sense of urgency or care
