The food here is great, and at a good price, and the employees are awesome. However, I had multiple bad experiences paying for extra toppings or changes on burgers via the app for delivery where orders were always wrong. If I’m paying for extra toppings or changes, I want them. According to the help I received, Uber is to blame. Avoid ordering online if you can.

Easily the best checkers location I’ve been to. We had a big order but they still had it ready quickly and it was all correct. Staff was friendly and the building was clean appearing, which was a nice surprise as most checkers are pretty bad. Ordering at the drive thru was an interesting experience with the automated order taking voice but it got everything right.

The customer service wasn’t great. I’m so glad I only swung through checkers tonight for funnel cake fries for my son. They tasted old and were soggy and dripping with oil. Not to mention the entire outside of the box was covered in oil and powdered sugar. Never again.

I went inside with my family to eat and I was very pleased with the service. As soon as we walked through the door we were greeted with a smile. Our food was ready almost as soon as we sat down. We will definitely be visiting this location again in the future!!

I’ve been here 3 times since they opened and have a great experience every time! Food has always been great, burgers and fries fresh. Me and my bf went last night around 12:30 AM, close to their closing time and the staff was very friendly. We only waited about 5 minutes and the man that handed us our food was very sweet. They even gave us an extra burger and we barley even waited! Very sweet of them. <3

I have been waiting for a checkers to open on my side of town for awhile now and it finally happened. They have the most amazing fries that beat anyone’s. My trip there was a great experience. The food was made quick and correct and tasted amazing . The chicken nuggets have the same seasoning as the fries. They where fantastic. 5 cars where ahead of me in the drive thru and I still only spent around 10 minutes before I got my food . I was well pleased. No pics of food as it didn’t last long lol .

Went through drive-thru about 12:30 am on Friday night. It was, bar none, the worst excuse for a chicken sandwich I have ever gotten from a fast food restaurant!! The pressed chicken patty had obviously been overcooked and then sat for hours before serving. Will NEVER go back!!

Happy to have this place foods good and staff is nice, also this one dude that works there looks like my cousin so that’s neat but also weird like did my cousin have a kid he doesn’t know about. But I asked the kid and his dad’s name is different, so that doesn’t change the fact he looks identical to him him being my cousin. But this place is good go check it out.

We have not had a bad experience yet and we’ve been coming here at least once a week since it opened! We love the variety of burgers offered, the slushies, and the kindness of the workers. They have the best fries out of all the fast food restaurants! The only thing I do not care for is the automated robot ordering voice. I understand that it helps the workers and frees them up to fulfill orders. However, I prefer not repeating myself to a box and would rather talk to a person.
