As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

To be honest, it’s a hit or miss. Either you have workers that want to work. Or you have workers that don’t want to work. I was just recently there, and the AI machine got my order wrong. As I proceeded to drive to the window I let the cashier know that my order was wrong. He proceeded to tell me “it’s nothing that he can do about it since the AI machine took my order”. He told me I will have to get out my car and come up to the window and place a new order in order to get my food. So I drove off and said well I guess you won’t get my money today.

I even tried to resolve my issues and asked to speak to the manager and I talked to a Jamaica guy who was the manager and he was just as dissatisfying as the drivethrou attendant. Really just wanted to get a burger and go but instead I am taking time out my day to let people like me kno do not waste your time at this location because if u have a question they act like they don’t have time for u. Worst Location!! NEVER ORDER USING DOORDASH.. GRUBHUB.. ETC!! Especially at NIGHT!! You will never get what you ordered if AT ALL!! This location need to do some majors training and major evaluation on the people they hire here. They do not care about the customers needs and it shows based on how they send whatever they feel like when you order!! I have put in a major complaint with CHECKERS CORPORATE!!
