As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Martha should NOT be a manager I was denied service even though I was in line at 11:50pm and at the speaker by 11:56pm. She took every order before me and said “IT DONT MATTER I CLOSED IT” never again… whoever made this rude lady a manager needs their job replaced as well!

I was greeted by an automated system. I do not order food from automated systems; this was my last visit. I have not been to a McDonald’s now in over 2 years due to their kiosk automated system. I also do not use automated self-checkout systems so Walmart has not seen me in 2 years. At 12:15 in the afternoon (lunch time) your drive-thru was empty. Do you not understand why?

I literally just left and I asked for 2 small checkers burgers and a order of chicken bites . I got half way down the road my burgers were cold. And they weren’t fresh . I work in food service myself and if I was rude I would’ve came and ask for my money back … Instead I won’t be returning . And the meat look and taste old .

So normally I would give this place a 5 star hands down but tonight I’m being generous giving them 2 stars. I ordered $42 worth of food for my family. I pay for it and the girl at the window dropped one of the bags of food. I seen her close the box of chicken bites and put it another bag and hand it to me. I was like oh no I’m not feeding my kids food that fell in the floor. She said well come back tomorrow for a refund. I said no I paid tonight you can refund tonight. She was like well the gm isnt here. I said well ill sit here until something is done about it. She proceeds to say well i guess we are closed and shuts the window and locks it! Thankfully another worker offered to remake the food. The first girl was absolutely rude but the older lady was very sweet and helpful.
