We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

They do ok on service, the food is good but they don’t really pay attention to small details like if you wanted to add bacon on your sandwich or little things like that. Just wish the staff was more customer service oriented and not the typical uncaring fast food employees.

Pictures are worth a thousand words; Gentleman was making food with flip flops on his feet, a drank on the assembly table, and phone in his hands, and NO-MASK, during a pandemic. Also, look at the unsanitary deplorable conditions; the restaurant needs to be clean, fries on the floor. Unsanitary, Long-Lines, Poor Customer Service, eat here at your OWN risk!—Food Poison is real!

They have a New Automated System taking your orders. The robot doesn’t understand everything that you’re saying. You would think if you drive up to the window, the staff would be willing to correct the robot’s mistakes, but instead, they uphold whatever she thinks you ordered and act like you’re the problem. The staff is REALLY young and seemed to be nonchalant about giving Good Customer Service. Also seemed like they were high or something.
