As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I rarely write reviews but lets just say this place is horrible to say the least. After flying into GA from California on a late night my girlfriend and I decided to stop by this spot since it was the only thing close to our double tree hotel room at 1am. First off the customer service was the worst I’ve ever witnessed. As soon as I pulled up to the speaker system the guy’s approach was “What chu want” lol wth. I ordered my food and proceeded to the window. The young guy took my card and went to the back for about 5 minutes and came back woth my card and food. His attitude was very poor and unprofessional. That’s not even the worst part at all….. I only used this card at fast food restaurants and this was the only time I had used it in weeks. A few days later i get a $376 charge from grocery delivery app that’s not even in California. Yup you guessed it…. the young punk took my credit card information and used it to make purchases smh.

Ok I never leave reviews but I’m disgusted. My burger was cold and it was gritty which is disturbing. It’s like when you’re at the beach and a piece of sand gets in your mouth. Very unappetizing. Then my bf gave me one of his chicken sandwiches. I kid you not mid bite I feel hair in my mouth and pull out a long strand of weave. It’s not my hair. I almost wish it was. I’m just grossed out. It was sooo bad I’m leaving a review after that last bite. Please train your staff better and maybe invest in hairnets.

I pick this Checkers because I have the best overall experience here. However, on the late night of Sunday, March 12th the drive-thru associate was the worst. He was cursing to me about the previous customer. When I received my food he said, ” Have a blessed day” and flashed a smile. I’ll chaulk it up to a bad moment, but it was very unprofessional even in that moment.

I ordered a delivery via DoorDash of the large Big Buford combo. The delivery was on time and the food was warm and delicious. Some of the best fast food fries out there. Had a strawberry cheesecake sundae as well. Will eat there again.
