We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

When we arrived the drive thru was running on a robotic automated system that incorrectly took orders and didn’t read the order back. When I got to the window nobody came until they finished preparing the order and you could tell the system was stressing out the workers especially after we had to correct the order. Food was fresh so no problem there but I definitely recommend that they get rid of that system to prevent future issues

The new automated system is awful. It hears you talking inside the vehicle with passengers, and automatically thinks that’s what you want. My husband’s burger was cold. My food was good, though.

At in line 45 minutes then employees said they were only allowing fries, chicken bites and tenders, and drinks to be ordered because they didn’t feel like cooking anything else. Their pants were really low showing their butter and cussing like crazy. Don’t think I’ll ever come back and going to recommend to friends and family that they do the same. What a disgrace!
