We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I went by checkers, absolutely love the fries and pulled in line wrapped around the building, I go to walk up window and was just going to order fries only and the girl says we closing can’t take your order. But as I’m leaving people still placing orders like crazy in the drive thru.

EDIT: Second try. Its been 3 more days. Checkers is now closed at 9:32. First they were open until 12am (but closed at 11), now they close at 10 but really 9:30. What’s the point? Could you save me time effort and gas money by closing when you’re say you’re going to close and opening when you say you’re going to open? I’d call ahead but nobody answers the phone

Food was amazing. The only had one drive thru open (even though they have two drive thru lanes) and people kept almost hitting your car to cut you. Waited forever and they got my order wrong (even though I repeated what I wanted 4 times and read them the price of the deal). When I got to the window they basically said I was out of luck cause the line was so long and wouldn’t make my order right. Great food, terrible service and planning.

How are we supposed to know when walk up window to order food is closed if it’s not posted or blocked off.. we stood there for 3 mins before anyone acknowledged us.. very unprofessional employees since reopened.. need retraining!!
