In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. This Checker’s location is struggling. It seems like they’re always understaffed, and only one drive-thru window is open. It does, however, seem like the mangers do try their best to make the place run smoothly. They’re very friendly and will take ownership for any issues that arise. They are fast to correct the issue and keep business running smoothly. I would recommend corporate assist this store asap! Wait times can be long so expect a wait.

Last of a dying breed Jamaica
If there was a point of a review I would have picked that, instead of a star. The service was horrible, the cashier at the window was eating her food when I pulled up, could hardly understand what she was saying. Finally got around to the window and fro what I stated it was true. She was rude, the fries were refried to the point that they were hard. A very huge disappointment.

I was in line from the time I pulled up to the time I got my food for A WHOLE HOUR. And the girl was so Rude she made all of our food wrong then remade it and the fries were so hard and burnt hen she remade it it was messed up when I asked for my money back she said she couldn’t do that all while arguing with another woman in the drive thru telling her she can’t give her money back and she still didn’t have her food after waiting a half hour the girl working was totally out of line calling the cops on the woman instead of apologizing for the wait and refunding her the employee yelled and cursed at the woman and it was terrible. This is my first time coming here because I just moved to the area and I love checkers but I’d rather drive a half hour to crofton then come back here. I was a general manager at the checkers in Pasadena for years and this is never how I would have dealt with things I’m so disappointed with checkers

I am VERY displeased with this location. I haven’t had Checkers in a very long time and as soon as I visit this location… DISGUSTED! I ordered a wing meal 5PC that was like $6.89 or so before taxes, after it was $11.76. Thinking maybe high bc I asked for a.loaded fry BUT $6 TO $12…anyway I drive up to the window, the Cashier was not friendly, didn’t greet only repeated price, gave me my change didn’t say how much, proceeded to speak with Co workers all hanging near cash register and then gives me my food, did not say have a good night or anything. I asked for receipt bc it was not placed on bag or my hand…or did that change?? When I asked he proceeded to close window and say she want a receipt. I get the fkn receipt and it just says what I ordered, no breakdown Or cashiers name.

I have been a fan of Checker’s since I was a teen, when mother used to bring it home from near her work. Even an hour old and cold from the trip home the food was amazing. Sadly, if you are looking for the real Checker’s experience, keep driving. Up the road at Golden Ring, you will get better food and far better service than at this location. I work right next door, and used to eat here often, but have had to boycott them for the abysmal service and food. Every time I go there, they mess up my order and give me horrible service. At one point I even had an employee argue with me then the $5 combo costs more than $5, before tax.

This one in particular has great customer service. You can always count on them to be on the top tier. Very convenient when your leaving the mall and shopping all day. The food is always on point. I’ve never had a complaint when taking the family to this particular store.
