We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

It really is amazing that the owner respond to each negative review with the same wording that promise to fix the issues. Either the owner truly cares or they are a programmed sets of phrases by a computer from some guy sitting somewhere who could care less about how the place is being run. What issues are they going to fix that will actually change how this location operates? Waiting 30 mins to take your order is not acceptable and waiting another 15 mins is grounds for closing down the restaurant. Teach these young teens some respect because they clearly don’t care about their job. Stop replying with generic promises that doesn’t seem to change anything. Just freaking stop it! I wonder if corporate even knows or if they do know maybe they don’t care because the place is located in such a bad area of the city, who cares right? What will corporate do about this location??

Didn’t even get to get food I went at 1:12 am and went to the drive-thru. The girl that came to through the speaker was very rude. It wasn’t a pleasant greeting at all. I tried ordering I said hi you doing nothing and said why meal I wanted, she then came back rude what drink. I said nevermind I don’t want anything, because y’all are too rude and I pulled off.

Food was not fresh. Mayonnaise tasted like it was out all day. The AI confused the order but the staff was able to correct the order. Not a safe spot to be late night as a lot of addicts are roaming and asking for money for food.

Wow. Simply… wow. I wasn’t expecting much but this Checkers has to be one of the worst in the whole country. The management here is shockingly chaotic, disorganized, unprofessional, slovenly and incompetent. The employees verbally abuse each other, get orders wrong all the time and seem incapable of doing even the simplest and most minor of tasks without violently shouting at and arguing with each other. At a very slow time of day I had to wait 20 minutes to get my order, with no one in front of me and no one in that dirty, disgusting order area that looks like it hasn’t been cleaned since this place first opened. Never, ever go to this Checkers. It needs to be shut down; with employees this bad, incompetent and unprofessional, who knows what the hell else is wrong with this place.

Rude staff and as soon as you pull in you’ll know why because they have a automated system to take your order…. you have to wait a long time for your food expect to be in the drive thru for atleast 10 minutes, but food is always hot and fresh if you don’t have patience don’t go here
