As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I placed an order at the Market Street location they told me that banana shake wasn’t available, I had no problem with that when I got to the window just take a strawberry no thank you I didn’t want that, I’ll just take the rest of my order I’m fine with that ,then she goes to tell me there’s no syrup for shake then few seconds pass by an she oh there making it now I found that odd you just said you didn’t have the syrup so when I went to try to enjoy my meal they have given me a vanilla shake not what I ordered

Checkers has become one of more disappointing food franchises around. The food quality has decidedly diminished, while the prices continue to rise rapidly. While this particular Checkers has added a nice touch outdoor table seating area, it sadly is used (rather overused) more by vagrants than actual customers. The food, particularly their signature big burger The Big Buford, has gone way downhill, devolving from what used to be a big and tasty burger to an almost inedible slopfest of toppings on an undercooked slab of beef. The fries were at least palatable, but there isn’t much to recommend here. There also seems to be a decided favoritism towards the drive thru customer rather than the walk up window ones as an inordinate wait will ensue for the walk ups All in all, it’s just a reflection of the area it’s in, a deteriorated shadow of what it once was.
