Asked for a steak and cheese sub. It took them a while, when it was brought out the bread was cold and the steak dry. The bartender said they’ll make me a new one. They just re-heated it, which made it even drier. I told them I wasn’t going to eat it. They charged me for it anyway lol. In any case, I’m definitely not returning

The waitress was extremely rude when I asked for a non expired ketchup bottle. She grabbed the bottle, gave me a dirty look and didn’t apologize just said “let me finish what I’m doing and I’ll bring another ketchup.” She then comes out with 5 filled small containers of ketchup that I knew where filled with the expired ketchup. I did mentioned that to her and she sarcastically answered that she brought the ketchup in those containers to make sure they weren’t expired which didn’t make any sense. I knew she was lying since everyone else was given a bottle of ketchup After that she would repeatedly look us up and down and barely spoke to us. I never felt so disrespected by a waitress like that. I won’t be returning back and definitely will be sharing my experience there with others since that’s not the way you treat your customers. The food is overpriced and very poor service.
