We stopped on the way back from the beach, we had delicious ceviche for lunch, well prepared with that incomparable Chalaca reason. Tallarin verso and Chaufa de pollo bien criollo, the best chaufa we have eaten in Virginia. And all with excellent service provided by the owner, Don Manuel Salazar. If you pass through Fredericksburg you have to stop here. We’ll be back. Successes in this great restaurant. Thank you.
