We came for Happy Hour appetizers and dessert. I enjoyed the sliders, and the creme brulee samplers were excellent. We sat at the bar and the service was very good. We will return for Happy Hour!

Venue was great at sunset. It seemed to be understaffed as hostess was only up there and 2 small parties arrived and hostess was flustered. Not a busy night either. Our waitress was great, very friendly. Food was good but nothing spectacular.

The lobster bisque was a bust, tasted more like beer cheese soup than lobster bisque at least use some seafood stock and lighten up on the sherry, try a nice pinot grigio, sauv blanc or chardonnay instead. The calamari appetizer was a full plate of Calamari, and then there’s the crab cake appetizer, which was 1 crab cake. Very good but not enough to share between two people. The lobster and shrimp carbonara you should just call shrimp carbonara because I don’t think it had any lobster in it. Picture provided, you tell me? Next time I want some lobster, I’ll just order a lobster. Definitely disappointed, I won’t go back $220 bill after tip!

Had a wonderful, relaxing dinner at the Charthouse with friends I hadn’t seen in over 20 years. I was visiting AZ on business from OH, and they took me there. It was perfect! Beautiful atmosphere. Able to have a conversation without having to yell at one another to hear each other talk. The wait staff were attentive, but not to the point of being annoying. The food was delicious! The dessert was just right to top off the evening. I truly enjoyed the evening at the Charthouse.

We reserved this restaurant for our anniversary this past Saturday night. It’s architectual atmosphere and water views were very calming and romantic. The dinner was wonderful, each dish was attractive and flavorful. The server was very personable too. We just wanted to Thank All of you for personalizing as you had for us. We truly were So Warmed on this memorable experience. Of all the fine restaurants in Scottsdale ,not one makes you feel like they do for your special day. I highly recommend the Chart House . Was looking forward to great date night with my husband Our waitstaff person, Vinny, was not very attentive, he asked for cocktail orders, my husband ordered a vodka with a twist, 10 minutes later he said the wines requested didn’t come by the glass, explained we wanted a bottle, finally got the wine and the vodka came with olives. My husband’s steak was ordered rare plus, came well done…this was definitely not the evening we were looking forward to. Sorry to say we won’t be back

Pretty good food for a steak house. Def had better. Only real issue was the guy coming around towards the end of our meal turning over chairs and using a market to fill in the scuffs on the legs with ar REALLY stinky permanent marker…wth for real?

I recently visited the Chart House and had an amazing experience. The steaks were cooked to perfection, with incredible flavor and tenderness. The sides such as mashed potatoes, vegetables and salads complemented the steak perfectly, and I was truly impressed with the level of quality of service that was provided. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and they made sure that we had an enjoyable time. I would highly recommend the Chart House to anyone looking for a delicious steak dinner.
