I visited Charlie’s recently and was pleasantly surprised by the interior ambiance which features a full length bar flanked on either side by open tables and booths. The use of natural woods is evident throughout and each table had a large bucket of peanuts for customers to snack on while they waited for a waitress. The wait was a short one and the waitress I had was very knowledgeable. My impression of the menu was good as it was not cluttered and yet contained a wide variety. I selected the chicken wrap which was on special and was pleasantly surprised at the amount of food I got for the money. Overall an enjoyable experience.

My husband and I are regulars and never have any problems. But today I ordered potato skins as my meal and they looked great. Took one bite they were soggy and cold. I spoke with the manager and she was overly hateful about the situation. Our waitress apologized several times and did her best to pick up where the manager fell short. We were very disappointed this visit.

We came here to eat, being new to the area, we were excited. Started out fine, friendly server. She seemed to be genuine. We ordered our food and it came in pretty good time. Once my husband and I started eating we were both taken back…the food was unacceptable. The meat was dry and cold. It was like it had been cooked, cooled and the reheated again, a few times! The bread we received was hard and cold and the potatos had definitely been made and ready for quite some time. When I asked to speak with the manager she came but couldn’t even assure me that this wasn’t the case. While she apologized she leaned in and touched my shoulder. You shouldn’t touch strangers…..I offered to pay for our drinks and salads which were both fine. She had the server bring the check. We paid, with tip, $15 to leave and go buy dinner at another Establishment. Won’t be going back!

Went @ 8:30 on a Friday night. Had the all you can eat catfish & ribs for $11.99. Not a huge rib fan but these were great & catfish was phenomenal. Service was excellent & friendly. We will be back!

Our steaks was very tough, my had so much grisal you had to pick around to even cut it. Mash potatoes was cold and dry. But, my wives sweet potato fries was great and the tea was ok. But the big problem not enough help. Our waitress was very over whelmed.

Great place to eat at an affordable price. I am very picky about my steak so when I go to a new place I usually get ribs and let my husband get steak. I was bummed that I didn’t get the steak, it was perfectly grilled, not that the ribs were bad, they were good, but you just can’t beat a well prepared ribeye. It was completely clean and had great service. Will go back for sure.

Food was ok but service sucked…ask for ice t with lemon never got the lemon. Asked for sauce and extra couldnt get. The waitress woulddnt get that for me. Could get nothing, if you want a place where you get served food but have to wait on yourself for drinks and sauces this is the place. Very dissatisfied with service will never go back.

Let’s see. . Where to begin? First steak so tough that it was very hard to cut; 2nd order sent out with garlic mashed instead of baked. The 3rd order had to be changed because they were out of that person’s ordered item (understandable, it does happen). That person’s food served at same time as other 3. 4th steak was supposed to be medium well (was rare-sent back and no re order due to no longer hungry); 5th order – unsweetened tea delivered sweet; tasteless steak not served after everyone else was finished eating. . 6th order was a to go order that was very late in being prepared. That’s my summary.
