I stopped and got to fish to go exspecting for fish filets came with fries I opted for there homemade chips they weren’t bad.the fish is fish sticks if I wanted fish sticks I could have gone to the dollar store not happy. First time customer.

This is the second time in the last 6 month’s I have eaten at this restaurant. Sorry to say I will not return. After spending 62.00 on a meal for 3 people, we received cold pasta, nachos without cheese because the cheese warmer wasn’t turned on. Then was charged an extra 50 cents for a cup of salsa for what would have otherwise been a plate of plain chips. No ricotta in our calzone, the curly fries were not fresh. I asked for xtra saucy wings and they had no sauce whatsoever on them. The service was poor. When I addressed the server he said, I can’t hear you I’m hard of hearing. That’s unfortunate, but not how you handle a complaint. Not a pleasant dining experience to say the least.

Uncle Charlie’s is terrible. I grew up in Edinboro and I remember when this place was a treasure. Not anymore. Ordered a pizza tonight and it CAME OUT room temperature. Not sure what they’re doing, but this pizza was very obviously not fresh. Tasted like a take and bake but not as good. It actually was similar to refrigerated pizza out of the microwave. Charlie’s is way over priced and way underwhelming. If you’re looking for good food, this ain’t the place. If you’re looking for a place you can spread out with a big group and have a couple beers, Charlie’s is good for that – and only that. Such a disappointment.

I have been going to Uncle Charlie’s / Charlie’s Pub for at least 40+ years. Great food and friendly service! You order at the counter from an extensive menu, pay, then the food is delivered to your table. Take out is available and very popular. Family friendly restaurant. They have some game machines for kids. They have a bar. My only complaint – in recent years, you have to pay for refills on soft drinks. What other place charges you for refills?

I had ordered a single pizza, paid and left. Only to realize that all the toppings were black, completely burnt. Went back to return it, was told I should maybe go somewhere else. Asked for a new one, was given my money back. Terrible attitude/customer service from all the staff.

I SERIOUSLY MIGHT VOMIT!!! Ordered from here about 8 times. one time I asked for them not to put the condiment packs on my salad and they did anyway so I called and let them know. When the owner asked if I wanted a refund I said know and I was just letting them know. a couple orders later I asked for two extra blue cheese with my double order of wings. When they failed to add them to my order I called and let them know, not wanting a refund either. just let them know hey this happened. a couple orders later, today. I ordered a pizza and It arrived completely saturated in oil. I could literally ring it out. See pics in photos. I called them to let them know that my pizza was completely saturated in oil and I did not want the refund. They just want your money and don’t care about the product they deliver to you. I feel sick from the couple bites of pizza I ate. I seriously might vomit.
