I love Charlie’s. About the only place to find chicken livers. So here is why I only gave 3 stars. This is the 2nd time since moving back to Muskogee I have had them. It makes me sad to say that both times they were horrible!!!

I am leaving a review because the service at Charlie’s chicken on the Eastside is getting ridiculous. The ladies that work there have been very hateful and rude the last 3 times I’ve went. This last time they didn’t have the Friday special Fish. I ordered 2 other dinners and she said they didn’t have a couple sides I wanted so I got what she said they had. The chicken was dried out and rolls were RAW! The ladies laughed as they handed me the food. By the time I got home it was 8:50pm and they didn’t answer the phone. I will be calling tomorrow. They should not be working customer service at all.

I went to this Charlie’s a week ago and was given old dried out chicken, so I called up there asked for the manager, she said bring the food back and they would replace it, and so I did. The manager was nice, I asked her if she could have it ready and that I wanted fresh chicken that just been cooked,and she said she would make sure it was fresh, so when I picked my order up I checked it before I walked out the door, and some of it was wrong, they gave me 1 breast and 2 wings , but the meal was suppose to be 2 breast and 1 wing, so I told the girl at the counter that, she went to correct it, and asked her was she giving me the fresh chicken that just came up, she threw the piece of chicken she had in her hand back in the warmer, and got the fresh chicken, she had a nasty attitude, and then had the nerve to say that she did not charge me the correct price anyway, so I have two questions for this company (1) How does she not know what to charge, and (2) How do you get an attitude with a customer because they won’t let you just sell them anything. The food here is not cheap, so you can’t just sell me anything.
