Guys, if you’re ever in Houston, and want some DAMN good bbq, come see my friends Frank and Nick at Charlie’s BBQ in Bellaire, TX. Fantastic food, amazing service, 100/10. Hands down the best. Only reason I didn’t clean the plate was I couldn’t fit anymore.

I get Charlie’s at least once a month via Ubereats but stopped by yesterday afternoon after leaving the beauty shop for my monthly for brisket. I also decided to get a plain cheeseburger. I’m SO glad I did. I took a bite on my way home and almost had to pull over. I don’t know what they did to this burger but it was SO juicy and well-seasoned. It’s one of the best burgers I’ve had in a LONG time. A++++ Also, they gave me free bottled water which was nice. I’d already paid for my meal but realized I was thirsty and when they were about to ring it up a gentleman (maybe the owner or gen manager?)who was sitting in the dining area, told me to keep it & there was no charge. Sounds like a small thing, but sometimes those little acts of kindness mean a lot. I’m happy to give this place my business. Thank you. ❤️

The food was decent. The potato salad is mustard flavor which I prefer. So that was awesome. The brisket was well and so was the sausage. What made me give 3 stars was the young light complected man named Claudia who didn’t know how to act. He was talking ugly to the other coworkers like garbage and that made me feel very uncomfortable. And due to the integrity, I’d rather not give my money to a business who allows that. The food 4 out of 5 stars and the young gentleman made me give 2 out of 5 on the comfort level. Someone should do something about the way he treats other employees

My wife and I eat there yesterday. We both got food poisoning. She was sick within 2 hours and all night. Thankfully she feels better now. I didn’t start feeling bad until today. Been in the bathroom since around 2pm and no end in sight.

The food was great!! I was looking for some good Texas bbq and I found it. I ordered a plate with 2 meats and 2 sides. The meat was tender and very flavorful..loved the spicy sausage!! I ordered online for curbside pickup it was a very quick process and that was appreciated after a long day of work.

If you’d like to know how to spell potatoes au gratin it’s IMMACULATE!!!! At least if your describing the ones made here. Fast friendly service fresh bbq with generous portions couldn’t really ask for more. Really enjoyed my trip here and will definitely be back in the future to try out the delicious looking blackberry pie .

Ordered 3 meat plate: 1.Brisket, 2. ribs and 3. ribs again with a side of Charlie’s beans and mushrooms. How does a double order of ribs amount to three of them? Brisket was fairly dry and the ribs were not tender at all. BBQ up the street at intersection of Bissonet and South Rice is much better.
