Been eating here since it moved from south Pittsburg Tennessee…n best eats in Bridgeport…and area especially grill chicken sandwich home fries..or chicken liver…or fried pork chop…dang it’s all good…sweet tea lemon…n the famous bubba’s burger..for #mayor of town ❤ ⛑

Walked in and sat down at a table for 15 minutes. Lady behind the counter was talking to someone the whole time and was glancing over at me at the table. Never once did anyone come to the table, never did anyone greet us, also never said anything to us as we walked out! Poor customer service!

I called and ordered $80.06 of food for my family and myself. I had a couple things I had to order for a picky child and spouse so they were special orders. One was a club sandwich with no lettuce or tomato and the other was a hamburger steak without onions or peppers. I pick up the food and go home. I know I should have checked it before leaving but there was so much I just didn’t. Passing out the food at home we found that EVERY plate was wrong. Got tater tots instead of hot fries. The club was all the way. The hamburger steak had no gravy. Got chips of some sort instead of fries. The pork chops weren’t cook all the way. The only thing we got that was what was ordered was the fish plate and fried pickles both were very good. When we called to talk to the manager about it she was first on the defensive and very rude. The menu plainly says onions and peppers or brown gravy. When my husband said something about the hamburger steak not having brown gravy on it she started shouting ‘you didn’t order it, you didn’t order it’. Then when the club was brought up she said you should order it like you want it and then you’ll get it like you want it and hung up on us. I have a app on my phone that records EVERY phone call. Hoping it will help her boss change her attitude. I don’t recommend eating there!!!!

While traveling on our honeymoon, my husband and I stopped here on a whim because we wanted to support local restaurants while on our trip. We were very impressed with Charlie B’s! My husband got a burger, and I got a honey mustard chicken sandwich, and both were delicious and well prepared.

Second time going & the food is ok. The waitress friendly. But the menu deceiving. I ordered the A1 burger, described as classic cheeseburger with A1. It was covered with mayonnaise, something not mentioned in description. I sent it back requesting a burger no mayo. It was returned & looked as if the mayonnaise had just been wiped off & then thrown back on the grill. I explained to my waitress I would be physically sick if I ate mayonnaise & I could see the remnants on my meat patty. A third burger was returned to my table by the cook & she said the other burger didn’t have mayo, just the first one. I’m not dumb & I know what mayonnaise looks like. I thought this attitude of attempting to prove me wrong was rude & not customer focused. Will not be returning.
