Charley’s Steak House was a phenomenal experience. To start the drinks came very quickly and staff was friendly and beyond patient when it came to explaining drinks and items on the menu. My company ordered 3 drinks total and I got a drink as well. After ordering our food one of my favorite parts of the experience is the presentation. This portion of your stay includes the staff coming to your table and explaining all of the meats and cuts of fish that were very luxurious.Following this since it was my fathers birthday a manager came out and wished him a happy birthday not only this but we got their world famous international meatballs that are made from various meats. It was delicious. The flavors combined were light but held me over until the entrees came. Once all of the food arrived I was blown away by the beautiful presentation of food. A basket of fresh bread and all of our food was placed in front of us the aromas enlightened the experience even further. I ordered a cut of steak that came with a delicious butter sauce and the the best mashed potatoes I’ve ever had. They were rich and creamy but the potatoes still kept just the right amount of firmness. The steak itself was filling and tender. The juices flowing out and the butter combined making it the as rich as possible. In conclusion the entire experience over all was just amazing. If your having a special occasion or just looking for a nice restaurant I definitely recommend coming here.

Hungry for a great meal after enduring the heat at Universal all day and found this incredible steakhouse that blew my family and I away. Not only were the steaks out of this world good but the entire dining experience was fantastic. Our server, Shannon made us feel like we were family. My daughter started looking forward to her returning to the table to attend to us. But wait… there’s more! Do not leave without trying their amazingly super thick smoked bacon. It will wow you! And the entire head of cauliflower will blow you away! We are already looking for excuses to go to Orlando so we can enjoy this experience again.

Restaurant was amazing atmosphere and food was beyond amazing. Must say the best service I have ever had Faouzi and Ivan were absolutely amazing and would highly recommend. I had the aged ribeye and baked potato as well as the lobster tail for the table. Must say out of all the places I have been would recommend this over any other steakhouse. I was absolutely blown away by the taste of the food. But must say the service made it worth the trip. If in Orlando and looking for a steak this is a must do. Thank you for the amazing memories and great food.

I literally started eating before I took pics, but all the food was great. We started off with herbed bread, then had coconut shrimp and crab cakes for appetizers. For my entree I had the NY Strip Steak, we had the creamed corn, the broccoli and the lobster mac. We finished up with a strawberry cake. The servers were great and made sure we had plenty of wine. Great experience.

My partner and I came after a conference because we did not want to do the standard steakhouse that’s everywhere. Boy it did not disappoint. Our waiter Kaleb was fantastic he recommended the bison which I had not had before and it was freaking awesome! The food was great the service was better. Also we did not have time to hang out after dinner but they have a very cool cigar deck. I highly recommend and encourage you to ask for Kaleb at the bar

Charley’s far exceeded my expectations. I expected an upscale steakhouse, and I got that, but it was so much more. First off, the staff and service were top notch. Every member of the staff was warm and welcoming, each stopping to say “welcome to Charley’s” as I walked by. You can tell that culture is big here, so there must be great leadership. This carried into my experience with Mattia, our waiter, who was phenomenal. He was extremely knowledgeable, personable, and on top of things. I also enjoyed how he brought out a platter of the main steak cuts in advance of us placing entree orders so he could run through them in detail with us. He was also fantastic with his drink and food recommendations (the Joe’s Lemonade and the Old Fashioned were one of a kind!). The bison ribeye was also delightful. I’ll be back!

Had sushi last night so had to go for steak this go around. Read the reviews and it looked like the place for us. Super happy we went. Server Glorianne was great. Knowledgeable and very polite. Food was outstanding. Smoked old fashioned was off the chart and the wine list was spectacular.
