So very dissaponted in this place and will never return. By far the worst experience ever. Spent $30 on 2 meals just to get home and be stabbed in the cheek by a chicken bone. Obviously I was not going to risk eating the rest. I wrote into the review website and did get a call immediately but that was as useful as getting a call about my extended warranty. I was told I would receive a refund by who I assume was the store owner. 2 weeks later and no refund. Had to contact my bank to get it taken care of.

It’s refreshing to see smiling faces and good food at a fast food restaurant. I have been to this location twice and both were good experiences. The staff is very nice! I always get their chicken Philly and add seasoning salt to my fries. You don’t get that many places. My son had chicken wings and both were very good! Thank you for your hospitality, it’s great to be greeted so pleasantly. Keep up the good work.

Stop in and have to say not impressed. Yes they did a great job renovating the old Taco Bell. It clean inside and looks good. The young lady who took our order was not the most friendly for a front line employee. Once I placed my order had to wait for a manager to get my coupon applied. Got our food which took a little longer then expected because them seem to be focusing on the drive Thur instead of inside guest. The philly sandwich was just okay. I don’t think I would go back for another unless I had a coupon. The fries where fresh. The thing that really made me unhappy was after I got my food I went up to the counter and ask for ranch and they charge me $.79 plus tax. Great way to nickel and dime a customer.

Ordered through the drive through. The building appeared very clean and modern, menu was well displayed. Our order was taken promptly with attention to detail to get it right. Once we paid we were instructed to pull forward into waiting spot #1 to wait for our order to be brought out. We waited about 7-10 minutes for our food to be brought out, which wasn’t too bad overall considering the food was fresh made and piping hot. Very satisfied with this location hope they keep up the good work

2 words. RAW chicken. Not cool. The guy at the pay window Seemed mad I wanted to stay at the window and not pull into a parking spot, when no one was behind me and I will admit I told them I didn’t want to move to the parking spot because I didn’t want to be forgotten about. As a result they gave me Raw halfway cooked chicken 3 minutes later and sent me home to bite into 2 Raw boneless chicken and all 6 pieces were uncooked and Raw chicken.

I wasn’t sure how I would feel about this place. I had been in it a time or two to pick up orders. Tonight my husband and I stopped in and got a bite to eat. I had ordered some boneless buffalo wings fries and my husband had to California Chicken sub. I’ve got to say was really good. Before I left I ordered another 10 garlic parmesan wings to go LOL.

Placed an order for an Old School & strawberry lemonade. The sub was so salty, it was like eating straight salt. I asked if it was a seasoning or if they salted the sandwich themselves. Staff replied “we salt it”. I told them the sandwich was inedible as they went wayyy too heavy on the salt. The employee replied “I’ll let him know”. He went over to speak to the cook , they looked over at me and the person delivering the message chuckled. I then got back up n asked for a to go box and stated I could only tolerate eating 3 bites as it was too salty. The cashier then went over to the cook and said something & again they simply looked at me & carried on. I sat for 5 mins before I walked out and commented MAYBE my nephew or the dog would eat it but this is the 2nd occasion that I’ve ordered this sandwich from here and had to throw it away & I’m tired of paying money to eat salt”.

Was in town visiting family. Wanted a quick lunch so looked on map to see what was close. Saw this place and thought a sammy and fries sounded good. Walked in, a couple people were eating inside, no one waiting at counter. Walked up to counter to study menu for a few minutes to decide what I wanted. No big deal. After a couple minutes, someone who I assume calls themselves an employee, says that he will be right with me. Ok. Couple minutes pass, I see him peak over a few times from the drive thru window, yet he still doesn’t come over. I realize the drive thru probably has a few cars, ok, no problem. Another 3-4 minutes and still no one comes to counter. They know I am standing there. Still no one comes over. Ok, time to leave. Not that I live here, thankfully, but I would not return to this spot with zero customer service. Absolute garbage.
