First the cashier didn’t listen, she didn’t repeat my order I ask for Xtra onions n mayo it did happen as well plenty of covering my fries top n bottom of course that didn’t happen. I ordered wings this time because of how bad my sub sandwich was last time the wings were ok but I also ordered cheese fries and baby that cheese was so salty and and chalky tasting it was like a big clump of salt my fries texture was like they were boiled not fried and guess what they charged me damn near 4 dollars a total of like 21 for a 10 piece wings and nasty fries I give it a 1 out of 10

Your manger that worked on 3/10/2023 at around 4pm was EXTREMELY rude to a customer the frequents establishment. He was sitting on freezers and equipment in the kitchen area (very unsanitary). When asked his name he refused and refused to provide a corporate number. ALEXA yelled at a elderly lady because she asked her to change her gloves the sames gloves she handled money with and wiped her nose (nasty). ALEXA refused and advised the lady she can come make the sandwich herself if she didn’t like the way she was doing it.

The food and service was great! The only issue is that Kayla Kayy and her family cussing out the employees and threatening to fight them! The “sweet elder mother” got angry at the employee for not changing their gloves even though it was all sanitary!! The employee was trying to explain that what they were doing was normal, and the lady just kept arguing with her. The employee never left her station and never handled money. The computer monotor she was bumping her orders off was sanitized. She only handled her station which was making sandwiches.

Went in for a morning snack. The young lady (Lauren) at the counter greeted us as we walk in. She took our order and she suggested what to try. We tried the Philly cheesesteak, cheese fries, and mozzarella sticks! Cook to order and everything was delicious!

I place an order online and when in to pick it up. When I arrive I was greeted with a person that look like she didn’t want to be there. I waited for almost 10 minutes to get my food. The manager and another worker was talking then grab my food and put it in the bag, but then the cashier said it wasn’t supposed to have jalapeños on the fries and the manager said oh well just put it in the bag. I ask why would you give a customer something they didn’t pay for, so she took the fries and pick the jalapeños off and put it back into the bag. I know two owners of Charley’s and they would not dare have a person like that ruin their business. This was my second time me giving my money to this place and it will be my last. Get rid of this rude person and you will have more customer.

Just went to buy some food and got treated with poorly customer service. Employee was very rude even though they made the mistake of giving us the wrong order. After we had waited a long time to get our food we told them we weren’t given our correct order. Had to wait even longer and once the other person returned with the other that was meant for us they gave them store credit but refused to give us any for having to wait longer for our correct order. Manager was very rude and unprofessional
