I’m from the east coast, so I know what a great cheese steak taste like and this was a pretty good sandwich for a chain store. Staff is always pleasant and fast and whoever commented about the lack of meat, thanks, because they fixed that issue right away. This place is definitely in my rotation.

Very open dining area. Very quaint n industrial. Super clean dining room, and behind the counter as well. The kitchen was clean. The Gal taking our order was very kind, and mixed our tangerine lemonade while we waited for our chicken Philly sandwiches n fresh cut fries. You help yourself to your condiments n then we took our hot sandwiches n fries to our table. Even the grill cook smiled at us. It wasn’t superbusy, but a lot of people ordered ahead n then we’re coming in to take orders home. Im going to take my momma for wings on saturday, and my hubby is going to try the steak..and I’m not sure what I’ll choose yet. Great sandwiches. N hot fries.

Charged us more than double as much as they should have for our wings. The strip location has 70 cent traditional and boneless wings. I asked them TWICE if their wings are 70 cents and they said yes. Never did they say “only our boneless ones are”

Too expensive for the quality of food. They messed my order up and when I called to get it fixed they said they needed a picture of my food as proof and my receipt. My sandwich didn’t have lettuce or tomato on it and my sweet tea was definitely not SWEET TEA. When I sent the picture, they replied saying that I ordered it wrong and sent a picture of their online ordering menu. In the picture they highlighted what I should have chose, but they don’t even know their own menu because she was highlighting options for extras. No b, I just wanted regular amounts of what already comes on it. If I had to choose those options, how did the other “optional toppings” come on it without me choosing them under the EXTRA SECTION. She also proceeded to tell me their process in making tea (regular tea then they add sugar packets). I understand the process but there was no sugar in my tea and she didn’t once apologize that someone may have forgotten to add it (or the toppings on my sandwich). The only apology I got was “we apologize for the confusion of our online ordering” .. there was no confusion there on my part. Will not be returning. A simply apology would have been enough for me to maybe try again, but their customer service is terrible and their food is not worth the amount they charge.

Order a regular sandwich combo with cheese fries, cost a little over $16. Took around 15 minutes to get my food. First thing I noticed was “this is not worth what I paid” started with my cheese fries, they were terrible. No flavor and well under cooked fries, plus the chess’s was just basic cheese wiz from a jar taste. Tried the sandwich. This was the absolute worst cheese steak I’ve ever had. Not even just “ok”. Lettuce and tomatoes have no business being on a cheese steak.onions didn’t even taste like onions and I think I found one small tiny piece of mushroom.I tried it because this is their original sandwich and it should be the best thing on their menu. Never knew a cheese steak could taste so bad. For the price I was expecting quality and this was far from quality. They don’t use real steak it’s more like old shaved beef left overs. I’ll never go back or try anything else from this company it was so bad! If the meal didn’t cost as much as it did I would have thrown it in the trash first bite. Waste of retail space in our community. Not trying to be mean but when a gas station sub for $4.99 is bigger and has better flavor than your signature sandwich there’s a huge problem.
