I am very upset with the food I received. The bacon was extremely undercooked. I can handle floppy bacon but when it isn’t even cooked I have a problem. I ordered extra cheese, they didn’t put it on the sandwich and the small amount was just stuck in the center of the sub. They didn’t even put effort into making it right. I don’t write reviews and I had to write this. When they first opened they were great. Save your time and go to a different location.

The food is consistently good. My issues with this location is the way they push the upsell on you. On lady just asks if you want cheese in your fries. I didnt order any fries. Another girl just rings you in for a combo. Everytime I have to fight just to order a sandwich. Once or twice I get it. But it is pushed and worded in a forcing manner and is tacky upselling.

I’ve literally never got my order right from this, and then when they doordash you the wrong food from the app and you call and complain they tell you there’s nothing they can do. You’re better off just beating one of the employees up they’re all broke and from Lakewood.
