Quality went way down hill, used to be decent service and food but now everytime I go there, the food has to be remade due to the staffs LACK of attention to detail or just general negligence. The managers excuse for my last order was “you know your sandwiches are being made by 16 year olds right?” Here’s a picture of my chicken California that was ordered with no ranch, swimming in a pool of ranch. The bottom of the outside of the container was soaked in ranch as well.
