WORST SERVICE!!! Got delivery and there was hair in my food. Called the manager right away and he was not helpful. He said he would call me back never did. Called back and spoke with him again. Said I had to bring the food back. Came and wasted my time in store just for this lady to give me trouble. Worst customer service with people who are rude!!!!

My family and I love eating at Charleys. Hector is Amazing, he is always so nice and friendly. He even remembers how my kids like their BBQ sauce on the side when I come to pick up the boneless chicken. He see so many people on the regular it’s amazing how he remembers what I like in my kids order. That might seem small to everyone else, but it means a lot to me. He definitely deserves a raise.
