Delicious food and even better customer service. The staff was very friendly and gave me great recommendations as this was my first time here. I loved the pepperoni cheesecake and the Oreo milkshake was so good. On top of the amazing service, the food came out quickly. I will definitely be coming back again and telling everyone I know to go!

I have never been to a more professional and pleasant fast food area. The customer service was amazing, food tasted great and they were extremely friendly towards me and my family. My favorite thing I got was the Philly Cheesesteak with bacon. Amazing people and amazing food, 10/10 would recommend again!

Great customer service and the food was delicious! I got the chicken buffalo with extra buffalo sauce and onions and without lettuce or tomato..it was so good! The facility is super clean and the owner was very helpful in recommending sandwiches for my family and I since it was their first time eating there. Will be going back to try the Philly steak for sure!!

Not WORTH it!!! First and last time!!! Food was ok, the owner looked like he had no patience; after I told him that it was my first time there ( absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERViCE)…. I asked for a large, and got a medium, asked for lemon pepper boneless, and received it plain!!! The amount of fries I received was a kids meal portions!!!! Just not worth it. You can drive a few miles north and go to Wings Plus, where the food is better, BUT the staff is always warm and friendly!!!!

We had lunch at the location and it was a very clean & friendly environment! The owner is very welcoming and makes you feel like family. He is at the location taking care of his customers and making sure everything goes as needed. The food is always good, fresh and comes out in good timing. I would recommend everybody to come try them out.

The wait staff was completely incompetent. I asked for club soda, and received coke. And between two employees, they were not able to figure out what club soda/seltzer/fizzy water (I used all the names) was. I had to go behind the counter and point to it on the machine. They said no that’s sprite. She had to pour a little bit in a cup to believe me. Then she took my cup with the coke, washed it out (did not give me new cup) and filled it up with ice. When I asked for ice, she poured some of the club soda into the ice bin to make room. When we did get our food, both of our sandwiches were missing toppings,(onions, peppers, and mushrooms) and the chicken was completely dry.

My family and I were so excited when this location opened up because we normally have to go to the mall for a good Charlie’s cheesesteak and whoever runs this location is very skimpy on giving out anyting and if you get to go from this place your food will be soggy and wet by the time you get home, even if you live 5 minutes away.. it was really gross we had to toss it and normally my fiance and I can share a sub at the mall and the portions are wonderful, this place must follow different protocol because you can’t even share anything they’re due to the very little portions they give you and the very high-price they charge you, it’s so crazy.. I guess we will just stick with the mall Charlie’s bc at least they give you enough to eat and fill up and their food is actually good! Sad for a place that just opened.. this was our very last time going and definitely our last time ever getting takeout from this place..

I’m not sure why the comments are bad about the owner. I met the owner he’s an amazing person. Extremely nice and kind. The restaurant is extremely clean. Food was made quick and very fresh. Overall 10/10 definitely coming back to this location!!
