I have been to Charleys about a dozen times. I would consider it a premium type of fast food. The cheese streaks are excellent. They have a regular size and a large size. Definitely get the large. For only a few extra dollars it is twice the amount as the regular (good for two people)

Been here a couple times and the food has always been very good, really high quality compared to something like a subway Philly steak. The staff is super cool too, they accidentally put sauce on my sandwich and got it remade for me right away. Good rewards program and again the staff is really helpful and friendly. Fairly priced too, over $5 but under $10 per meal. Also if you download the app you get $5 off and during august you can get any drink any flavor any size free with a cheesesteak, i got a large peach lemonade 🙂

1st time eating here. I ordered via Door Dash & my food was hot, fresh & deelish. I love the fries especially, sweet tea was sweet & refreshing. The Chicken Philly was deelish, not greasy like other phillies loaded w/fresh veggies. Most Importantly…they sealed my bag & drink!!!! I will definitely return! Thx for good food & service

My review is strictly based off of the customer service. This was our first time coming to this specific one and the lady at the window was very rude she kept walking away while we was talking. And then when she came to bring our food we asked her about sauce for our wings she then stated that if we didn’t pay for them we not getting them. Like first of all I I didn’t say I wouldn’t pay for them I was just simply asked a sauce she could’ve just told me the price without the attitude.
