This is a good franchise, but the quality really differs from place to place. This one was outstanding just a year ago. I’m not sure what happened, but the sandwiches lost weight, while prices stayed up there. The bread is still excellent. I used to say, this place was the closest thing to a real, North Philly cheese steak. Lately, it’s like something you would get from Subway. I hope the one in the mall is still good.

Honestly this place is a hidden treasure in the fast food game. Food is ready fast and everything on the menu is delicious. You also can’t beat the price. If you’re a rewards member they constantly have a good deal for you. I will say, if you’re not hungry immediately and plan to wait 15+ minutes after receiving your food this will not be the place for you. It’s a cheesesteak, it’s steaming hot, your food will be soggy and lose its glory if you don’t eat it right away. Download the app, come hungry, you won’t regret it.

Ordered cheese steak and fries. When I got home the fries was not in the box.when I returned ,they realized their mistake. So, I asked for another sandwich because it was cold and uneaten. They were so rude and didn’t want to give me another one. They gave me a refund but they were so rude I will never go to that location again.

Awesome cheesesteaks. The ingredients are always fresh, and the bread is delicious. I ordered the classic cheesesteak and the vegetarian delight. And the classic loaded fries. The staff was very friendly and courteous. Best cheesesteaks around!!!

$25 for an ugly sandwich that fell apart before i could pick it up, soggy and greasy fries. And everything just tastes old and disgusting. Newark public schools have better cheesesteaks than this.

$32 for 2 small sandwiches with almost no meat on them and soggy greasy fries. Won’t give them a nickle of my money going forward! I’ve wasted 20 minutes just trying to crisp up the fries while my sandwich gets ice cold. Apparently that is almost $10 for small and the regular is only 1/3 larger.

It’s really a takeout place though they have a few tables and chairs. The food is prepared on a burner realtime and with all the toppings the food tastes great. Not a place for those with hypertension or sensitive stomach. Just the high calorie, high sodium taste of street food, you know like from a food truck.
