I’ve not had a problem with Charley’s in the Fort Wainwright PX. The staff was always very friendly toward me, particularly the manager Solomon. One of the few places I miss from this installation.

The employees could careless about their job that worked on 12/28/22. I had an order of 6 sandwiches. None of them were correct and one never even showed up. I tried calling to get the situation fixed and no one even picked up the phone and at one point I’m pretty certain the phone was taken off the hook. I called over to Popeyes which is in the same building to report to a manager/supervisor(some of the supervisors are over a few of the restaurants) about the issue that took place. I don’t think they really care about getting service due to the fact she didn’t try to correct the wrong. She could have tried to fix it or compensate but did not. We will not be ordering from here in the future due to the lack of customer service and lack of quality food.

Went to Charley’s for lunch stood in line for 30 minutes and finally get to the register to order they were out of lettuce, tomato, Mayo and lemonade. There were only two people cooking and taking orders at first then when the third person clocked in the manager stopped helping and went elsewhere. They should definitely use a sign stating they are out of things and I wouldn’t have wasted my time.

I love Charley’s sandwiches and I’ve been at 9 different posts so far. The one here though needs better customer interaction. They completely made the wrong sandwich for my wife, and the lady at the register was not personable at all! Very apathetic and not genuine.

Decent enough food. The PX only has a small offering of food, this is one of my favorite places. I did get some guff from the guy working the register because I brought in Burger King for my boys (All from AAFES…) None the less, one of my frequent stops at the PX.

Honestly I was impressed. It wasn’t bad at all. The steak could of been cooked a little bit more in my opinion but besides something very perception based I found it great! Friendly and helpful staff are always appreciated.
