I always go to this place before or after lunch time to void the extra long wait! My sandwich was perfectly made and my fries was on point . I got a cup with a hole on it so I had to go back and wait for someone to notice me so they can give me a new cup . Service need improvement.

Waited in line with my kids for 5 minutes while workers looked and they didn’t help me said nothing horrible service manager stood there while workers were doing nothing they all kept looking the bigger darker women then man in the glasses the short tan girl the light skin girl with glasses with the bun as soon as I stepped out of line they said hello to the next person in line I will be making an ice complaint

Great food and lemonade. But… my buddy always explains his hyper allergy to mushrooms everywhere he eats but especially here as i always get them and its cooked on a flat grill. Once they got mushroom in his. He had to use the epi pen etc and was apologized to and promised x number of free sandwhiches. Then then they failed to honour their word. The manager told him no. Being vetrans honour means a lot to us both. So of course i will share the story. Yes i still eat here. It may not be the worlds best philly like they claim but frankly its not a bad one. Ordered correctly its pretty good if not authentic.

Pretty good food and quick service. The prices are very affordable compared to other fast food places. The food court area is very roomy and you get a pretty good view of the airfield and Mount Rainier when it decides to come out.

I ordered dinner for my hubby and I and our order was incomplete. No fries no Diet Coke and when we tried calling. No answer Like literally NO ANSWER. Our door dash guy was sweet and on time. However our food was was cold and incomplete. So much for delivery.

The food is great, like any Charley’s. The problem with this location is the rude and impersonable staff. I was treated with an emotionless, “What’s your order?” and the woman on the grill was just flat out rude. No one will care though…it is a busy location. People don’t go to fast food for quality service
