Unfortunately I hate making comments as such. If you have had a real philly cheesesteak this had absolutely no comparison. The bread is poor quality. I got mine to go. The packaging is also poor quality. Literally breaking through the box.Within 10 minutes. Employees don’t know how to communicate.. I have no idea how I ended up with this. I wanted mushrooms, onions etc. I tried to eat half but its terrible…. i’ve been to many Philly cheesesteak places, and this is not exactly how you make a Philly cheesesteak or what I expected.

They don’t even talk to you anymore. You order on a screen, no contact. This is horrible. They are also cashless. No signs. I stood in line for 12 minutes just to not even be able to order. Than the one thing I ask about the cash payment both employees were completely rude. Like they talked to 1 customer for 10 seconds and they have the worst attitudes ever. Never going back to this cr*p hole restaurant.

I need a manager to contact me asap. Not acceptable and certainly not under the health code. I found a whole fry in my lemonade drink. I wish I was kidding!! Plain disgusting, and straight up inconsiderate. I need to hear from a manager and get taken care of properly asap.

My Philly Cheesesteak was good. I ordered delivery, and they put fries that someone else in my group ordered in with my food. It wasn’t the end of the world, but would have been better if seperate. I most likely would get one when in the mall, but not sure I would order delivery again.

This is my favorite restaurant in the alderwood mall and the bad reviews left on here are outright false with the amazing food and customer service I received. I ordered a California and an ultimate fry for a very reasonable price and I will be very excited to go back to this amazing establishment again with my family.

Service was fast. Atmosphere is about as good as you can get from a food court. Food was only okay, sadly, tho fries were quite good even without salt. TBF, I ordered mine without mayo or lettuce or tomato, but IMO, these things don’t belong on a Philly Cheese Steak

I absolutely love this place!!! I was first thrown off, I’m not a traditional cheese steak lover, but the food here is great. The bread has a perfect toast to it. Stood by the register waiting to order for almost 5 minutes, one kid was cleaning, saw me standing there and didnt say a word,another was filling containers right behind the register with her back to me. Ended up walking away. Great customer service!!
