I love the Brea Mall location the atmosphere, shopping and cooling down, this summer is wow in the high digits, it’s the best to walk around the mall and grab a Charlie’s cheesesteak I definitely recommend this location customer service is great it’s really clean and I love how you can watch them make your actual sandwich… am definitely going back.

I work next to Brea mall and whenever I go to the Food Court to eat I only go to Charleys. They have the best philly cheese steak subs and the fries and they hook it up. Worth every dollar. Big shout out to Almighty Jesus that works there , he’s the coolest employee !! God bless!

I went in for a chicken philly and the old lady or manager was rude. It seems like she went out of her way to give me attitude for no reason just because she was busy. She was so focused on trying to be rude that she of course did not get my order correct! I was grossed out by my food but didn’t want to make a scene.
