I ordered 4 meals with fries and a drink, I only received 3 fries. It took them 20 mins to get them and I had to go back and ask for them. They served about 5 people before they gave me my food! Unexceptable! They didn’t even apologize

What a sorry, miserable excuse for a sandwich. I’ve eaten Charley’s at other Exchanges, and they’ve all been wonderful. What I got today was a moment of huh. The cheese wasn’t even melted. They left off mushrooms. The bell peppers were nearly raw. The bread wasn’t toasted. Not sure what is going on at the Randolph Food Court, but re-training may be in order.

There were several issues with my order, being that this was a uber eats order, I understand that some of the issues may not be to blame on Charley’s. The first issue was that I was completely missing an order of old school fries. Once the food did arrive, it was ice cold.

Ordered old school Philly fries with steak. They barely gave me any meat at all. When I went up to ask for a bit more meat, the the person taking the order acted like he couldn’t hear me. When he heard me, he rudely deferred and asked someone else to to handle it. That dude stated that they are instructed to give little meat, and the little fries cost 2 dollars by itself. He was less rude than the other person. He wanted to charge extra if I wanted more meat. This is really appalling, and that company shouldn’t be on a military installation (Randolph, Air Force Base). Beware buying food from there. Your intelligence will be insulted, so does your right as a customer. AMERICA’S Soldiers and their families deserve better.

We were in the BX shopping today and walked down to the food court to see what the options were. We chose to eat at Charlie’s Philly Steaks. It was a good choice too. We had as sandwich and the Ultimate Cheese Fries. The sandwich was really good. We had never eaten there before today. We would definitely come back to this place if we lived in the area. I have to say the guys behind the counter could have paid more attention to what they were doing though I think their talking among each other effect the speed at which we and the last behind us received our food. My steak sandwich was done and in my hand before they even started making the Ultimate Fries. I don’t know at happens there when the place is busy.

I bought three philly steak sandwishes at the Converse location they were burned so bad they tasted horrible had to throw them away the fries were good but I asked for cheese fries there was very little cheese for the price I paid was totally not worth my money was thrown away won’t be going back
