Accidents happen and are sometimes out of our control. We all know this, but for this Charleys to stand there and not rectify their mistake is the reason why I’m giving this place 2 stars. It should be 1, but I’m being nice. The food tasted well but was soured by the disrespect, lack of focus, and sorry attention to detail. I ordered my meal, used my rewards and paid for my food. Everything went well, then because the receipt did not come out, and I said it wasn’t a big deal please don’t worry let’s just make sure I get what I paid for. I took a picture of what I ordered on the kiosk. They proceeded to refund me my payment without listening to me. Okay, that was unnecessary, but all I wanted was hey I paid this much, so on the second go around I wanted to pay this much again. Since it was their mistake, I’d figured it’d be fine. However, the 2nd go around, it cost more?? They couldn’t honor the price and gave attitude and were rude when I was like get the same price I got a few minutes ago? Really disappointed with this place and I was excited to get their food. I downloaded the app and everything, I even had to diminish my order. You know, I’m just going to give it 1 star. If anyone cares, I’ll have the recipes for a while until I trash them. Glenda and Stephanie could have done the right thing, and I’m sure from their attitudes, that they don’t care. I can’t do much, but I will document that they didn’t the right thing.

I will definitely be coming back because of the great customer service we experienced with Frank at the front counter. He had a smile on his face the whole time and was very friendly. He was also running around making sure everyone was happy while also sanitizing the restaurant. This guy needs a raise!

I could have given 1 she tried but her service was making me uncomfortable. She was definitely not being friendly didn’t seem like she wanted to work. She didn’t even ask me what size of lemonade I wanted assume I wanted regular not great customer service. First time saying something about Charley’s. Please hire people that truly want to work and are kind.

First time here and have to admit it wasn’t good… It was GREAT and WILL totally be back here. If you see the bad reviews pay no mind to them because they’re just Baytown people looking for handouts like they typically do. The girl up at the front counter, Alexia was great as well. A little soft spoken but was nice. She explained the app to me in detail (which I downloaded and scanned). There needs to be a Mont Belvieu location as well to double the earnings because it would make a ton of put by the schools. Next time I’m so getting a milkshake.

The first 2 times I can here everything was good, but today I order some wings for the game and ordered the lemon pepper wings but when I got home I was disappointed because they were over cooked and they were bland, I think they forgot to add the lemon pepper rub. I hate to say it but I felt like I got some chicken wings from a gas station. Hopefully next time it will be better but if not Sorry Charley I will go else where for my wings.

This was my first time here, and I don’t believe it will be my last. The food was good. I had a cheese steak sandwich and cheese sticks. The steak was well done, which I like. The only problem is, it’s not clear where they are located. This location is inside the Walmart, and you go in on the grocery side for closes access. Parking is also a hassle, because it’s Walmart. The tables were clean, and they even give you a wet nap. Who does that anymore? Anyway, I see people complaining for various reasons, but I enjoyed it. Give the food a try at least.
