My husband came here and tried to order. It was 7 minutes before closing and the manager was closing out the register and told him we are closed. He told him they still have 7 minutes and the guy proceeded to ignore him. He was so rude to my husband and on top of that this was the only thing I could stand to eat as I’m early in pregnancy and everything makes me nauseous. We were both so upset with how he was treated. Will never come back again. No point in having a time posted online if your employees have no intention of following it.

It’s Charley’s, the food quality is the same as your standard Charley’s. Which is a good thing. What makes this visit to this Charley’s great in my opinion is the manner of the way the sandwich and fires where set inside of the box. It just looked really good and fancy for some reason.

My boyfriend and I ordered a number 3 and a number 10. In the middle of ordering the cashier interrupted to try to up sell a strawberry lemonade. After the interruption, she forgot to add the second order of fries to the order and my boyfriend and I had to share one order of fries. The number 10 is a jalapeno cheese steak but the sandwich only had 4 jalapenos on it. Overall the food was decent but service needs improvement.

Friend and I went, and when we ordered, guy at register kept interrupting. We asked for regulars, and he charged and gave us the large without saying it was large. Asked for no lettuce on mine and everything else, and got only lettuce and nothing else. Almost gave my friend no meat on hers when she asked for none of the extra stuff. Cashier kept staring at us when we were looking at menu beforehand and kept complimenting us, felt uncomfortable. Both of us are women too, which made it worse it felt like. Food was okay, but not good staff experience.

Just had a very unpleasant experience at the location in West County Mall. I walked up to the end of the line at 5:10 pm on a Sunday. There posted hours are until 6 pm. As I’m standing there, an employee in the line in front of me glanced up from the phone she was playing on and said loudly, “we’re closed!” Suprised and caught off guard I said “what?” Closed! No food! She said aggressively then immediately went back to playing on her phone. Her tone was incredibly rude and I stood there for a minute trying to process what had just occurred. There were probably 10 customers in the line ahead of me and other employees cooking food as normal. Due to the tone and rudeness of her response several customers had turned to look from me to her. I then asked her why she felt the need to be so rude. Why she couldn’t just be polite about it? Her response was then louder. “I’M NOT BEING RUDE IM BEING POLITE BUT YOU HAVE A BLESSED DAY!” She then turned her back on me and went back to playing with her phone. I’ve always enjoyed Charley’s and received good service there. Their standards in employees has clearly changed though and I won’t be back to this location.

Unbelievable! Drove 30 minutes out of my way, showed up 33 minutes before close only to be told, “we’re closed.” ALL condiments still out, fries in the hopper. Manager said, we decided to close today at 5:30. I said, it’s not even 5:30 yet and he looked at me with a blank stare offering no explanation! Absolutely and utterly laughable. I am a frequent customer and am so angry I am done. Horrible customer service, terrible policy.

I’ve yet to understand why fast food workers feel that they don’t have to listen to the customers. One particular female employee is bent on not listening to the order.
