Typically I very much enjoy the food produced by Charley’s. But unfortunately this time around it had me fighting for my life on the toilet for hours. While gripping my stomach in pain and despair as my life flashed before my eyes, I promised to never allow Charley’s to poison me with food ever again. Do better. not the first time I’ve had an awful experience with the food not settling correctly.

The young lady who took my order was nice…. My food was hot and fresh…however I asked for more ranch and was told it was 0.78. So I decided to get ketchup instead….. The ketchup container was empty…I asked the not so friendly cooking staff for ketchup and was given ugly looks…and then I was asked why I didn’t want the ketchup from the container…however it was empty…it took three nasty faces ,while they did not attempt to smile, to eventually give me four packs of ketchup!!!! Give these people a raise or something….. cause I’m not sure if they need a reason to smile outside of me patronizing their income or what because they seem to be pretty friendly with each other but not so much to me ‍♀️

Ordered an old school fry and was given and different one instead. When I went back to as to change them out the girl (that is not the man that took the order) claimed that I was lying and that I did order the one they gave me and said she was the one that took the order. She was not. never once tried to fright paying the difference just wanted the other fries. She was so rude for absolutely no reason at all.
