Not quite as good as Penn Station, but you get a bit more here too. For the same price as a medium cheese steak with small fry and drink at Penn Station I was able to get a medium cheese steak with loaded fries and a large drink at Charley’s. The steak and other ingredient quality wasn’t quite as good at Charley’s but it was good still. I wouldn’t say they’re “#1” Maybe #3 out of 5.

My family and I come to liberty center alot and my young son and my elderly mother love the food here. ONLY problem is THE STAFF! ALWAYS ALWAYS rude! Not just to us but everyone else. Just witnessed her rude attitude to a would be patron who walked away because lady at counter was rude to her. Like I hate ordering from this sour woman because she is NEVER friendly. Never even says thank you. There was different staff here before these people that were always friendly and courteous. They looked kinda rough but very nice and willing to help. Not feeling this newer staff. Horrible.

Extremely rude staff who talk bad about their customers in Spanish. The young Spanish girl behind the counter seems to only know one English word which is “No” to every request. Great sandwiches served by very poor staff. We will not be back here until the staff are turned over. If you look at other reviews, this seems to be consistent therefore you can only conclude that the owner doesn’t care either.

I went to Charley’s in Liberty Mall in Ohio at 5:50 pm today June 17. I was aware that they closed at 6 but when I got there the lady never greeted me she looked directly at me and kept cooking another customer and seemed aggravated. I stood there for 8 mins until she finally came to the register and said with an attitude “I’m about to close!” I was very upset I wish she would have just acknowledge me and not had me wait for 8 mins and told me in advance that she was about to close. After leaving I looked at their google reviews and I saw that I was not the only one who received poor service it is several reviews about workers being rude and having attitudes and they have a very poor rating of 1.7. I believe proper customer service training is needed at this location!

I agree with some of the other reviews as far as the deception of amount of meat on a Philly cheese steak. In my experience Phillys are made with meat cheese on bottom with tomato and lettuce on top. They put the meat on top which does give a deceptive appearance. Taste was ok, but nothing special. Bread could stand to be toasted better. I thought the fries were good. Cooked to order and a nice crisp taste. Staff was friendly. 3 stars means avg experience to me. Not great, but not horrible. I prefer Dibellas for quality size and price.

Not happy. Bout $13 worth of food and immediately told staff before eating.. would not refund money. She stated that “nothing wrong with food” I cannot refund your money. Awful! Rude! Kim was the rudest worker I have ever come across in my life! She never spoke or said hello just said “what do u want” & would not even look me in the eye when ordering nor when I tried to talk to her about the food being cold. Stood right there and bashed me in front of another lady who also ended up walking off once seeing her rudeness!
