I never had Charleys Cheesesteaks before and I just now decided to try it for the first time at this airport location. I ordered the chicken philly with the gourmet fries, but I did not have any because the food looked and smelled beyond disgusting. A total appetite killer. I ended up tossing the whole meal into the trash. The cook also had a nasty attitude, not knowing how to address customers. I get why there was barely anyone here. Yuck!

Simply leaving the 5 stars because of Elijah’s outstanding customer service. 2:25pm, Friday, 4/21/23. There wasn’t a line, yet the food was rushed. The Philly Chicken wasn’t on the grill long enough to melt the Cheese. The entire Sandwich lacked flavor. The meat was unseasoned, extremely bland. I ordered the ultimate fries waiting for my daughter to get off the plane. I don’t know if it was the cheese sauce the ranch dressing or the bacon but something went bad. I was up all night with food poisoning. Please check to make sure items are being stored properly.

If you have time, damn good pre-security Bacon 3 cheesesteak – smothered shredded cheddar, 1 slice of provolone and Swiss with great bacon. $5.xx (!!) extra for combo. 12” sandwich + some mediocre fries is very filling, even on my empty stomach. Very slow at 12:00pm on a Wednesday.

I arrived to the restaurant to only find out that fries weren’t available. Well as I asked more questions… it’s not that the fries were sold out or they were out of stock the fryer was turned off 15 minutes prior due to the restaurant closing at 6:30. Well I thought they closed at 6:30 but it’s really at 7 they close. I have never been told at other locations that fries weren’t available. This location is in need of support from corporate.
