Food was great as usual but this is my families first time here and the service was terrible. The young lady at the front was very soft spoken and nice her name was Danielle I believe. But the people in the cook side was not. I asked for sauce and she was just rude as if I was disrupting her when typically chicken strips warrant a sauce. Food was really good but asked if I could get a large cup of ice water and told them I would pay for the larger cup. They said no I had to get the small cup and charged $1.00 for it. Went back to get a refill and they charged .55 for a refill of water. What was the difference in me paying for the larger cup than smaller?

I used to tip when eating here, but still recieved horrible service so I stopped and because I didn’t tip today the guy charged me to put a little bit of buffalo sauce on my sandwhich. Literally .55 cents for a teaspoon worth of buffalo sauce and then had the audacity to ask me if I wanted the change back. I don’t care about the .55 cents but still why is tipping even a thing at this location? They aren’t going above and beyond, heck they barely give the bare minimum and if you don’t tip they manage to do less than the minimum for you.

I got a chicken California sandwich for my first time eating here. I don’t usually eat out because I can always make something better at home for less. It would have been really good except for two things. WAY too much salt where that’s all I could taste and the chicken is in small pieces and not great. I can used canned chicken at home and have a better quality than this chicken is. It needs an improvement. Service was excellent though and very quick. It costs more than it says online so prices need to stay updated also. The sandwich was at least served hot which is something most places can’t seem to pull off.

Charley’s Cheesesteaks is one of the better places to eat at the Parkway Place Mall Food court. Their portion sizes are good and they have some decent combo deals. I don’t usually get their fries but they are decent. The 3 Cheese with Bacon or the Prime BBQ are my go to sandwiches.

This place has good food but the service is terrible stood there waiting for 20min just to order because the staff wanted to hang out with the people in front of me. They where overwhelming loud and obnoxious verry unprofessional will not be getting anything from here again. You are better off hitting up one of the Asian restaurants employees where fast,nice and verry professional
