Very unprofessional. The worst customer service I ever received. Especially the woman who works there ( her name called Lois on the bill) has poor customer service skill. It was our first time trying them. The subs were good, same with the fries. The young lady was very nice. The only complaint is little substance to the sandwich for what they charge. We could get more meat and veggies at other sub places for less money. Not sure if we’ll go back.

Visited the location in the Treasure Coast Mall. They did not have straws, they did not have packets of salt either. I got a strawberry lemonade with my meal. I asked how much it would be for a refill. First I was told $1.07.(without additional fruit) which is fine. The cashier took my cup, which was still about 1/4 full and filled it. Then another worker came over and told her that price was wrong. She rang up 4.00 and change, I said that was too expensive. Then $3.00 and change. I reminded her that she said it was $1.07. She said she forgot that price was for soda. I said that I wasn’t going to pay that amount. They said they had already poured it. I did not get my lemonade back. Ridiculous customer service.

If you’re looking to have a real Philadelphia style cheese steak sandwich this is definitely not the place to go. The bread was soggy the meat was tough and tasteless the fries were cold , and the only good thing was the lemonade.

Both guys cooking the food not wearing hair nets. Stood at register and was ignored for 5 minutes.. they saw me.. they chose to ignore me. There was hardly any steak on the sandwich. Horrible

I ordered fries and a lemonade , it took 15 minutes to get it by the time I got the fries they were not even hot , took an additional eight minutes for the girl to figure out how to give me a refund . im glad i paid cash. Filthy grill top as well .

I was on my 30 min lunch break on a busy Sunday afternoon before school starts and I saw the line was long . The cashier got my order in quick. but fast is an understatement when it came to the grill and getting the veggies on my sandwich thanks to Nina and J both of the managers on shift that day. the line went so smooth and the sandwich was EXTRA special!! so good and definitely going more often 🙂 <3

Understaffed. They need a 3rd person working. Not sure how they can turn a profit with services this slow. If there’s more than 1 person in line don’t bother, it will take your whole lunch break to get your food.
