Went to order at 7pm on a Saturday and was told they were no longer serving sandwiches today because they close at 8. They were only serving fries and drinks by the guy at the register. I’m pretty sure that is not what is supposed to be happening, but here we are. Ownership and management really need to look at overhauling this location

I’ve tried to eat here twice in the past 3 months, both times just before 7 pm. They said the grill was closed and only were serving fries and drinks. Just change your hours to 7, you obviously aren’t going to fix this issue.

We were kicked out of the restaurant immediately after getting our food, was told our order was correct even though we told the cashier multiple times it was wrong and had to have the manger come over to fix it, once we were able to eat the food was stale and everything was so hard to eat, and to top it all off the cook was very rude. I do not recommend eating at this facility, save your money for something better.

Charley’s sits on the corner near the hallway to the restrooms. Ive eaten at another location but we’ve never ordered food here just that addicting strawberry lemonade. We order two every time we’re in the mall.

Waited 15min for my order to be wrong. Had to ask for refund because I was on lunch and could not wait for another new order to be made. Customer service horrible, employees look lost.

Looking for a local gem. Charleys is your spot. Great options for cheesesteaks. Ordered the bacon cheesesteak with all the fixings with a side of cheese fries. The break was fresh and the meat was tasteful. Recommend it if you are looking for a good cheesesteak option.

So, about a week ago I went to Charley’s, using the drive-through for the first time. I had seen the place and had been wanting to try it because it looked good. That first order was not right, both of our sandwiches were not made correctly. So, I came home and I wrote an email to corporate. Within a couple days John, the manager, reached out to me about it. He offered to make up for the mistakes. Tonight, I went back to Charley’s and spoke with John and reordered pretty much the same things we had gotten the week prior. The food is really good! The cheese steak sandwiches, french fries, cheese fries…all of it was really tasty. Our order was perfect this time and everyone enjoyed their meal. A big “Thanks” to John for reaching out to me so quickly and offering a solution. I can’t tell you how many times businesses just ignore negative feedback. I think John genuinely cares about his customers and his restaurant.

Waste of money. Spent 18 on 10 boneless wings, ultimate fries and drink. Fries were good but wings not so much. Plus was only given 1 dipping sauce for 10 wings. I hate when these employees act like they are paying for the condiments out of their paychecks. I won’t go back.
