Worst Charley’s location I ever been to I found a hair in my food after one bite I went to get a refund and the lead supervisor Nicholas was extremely disrespectful and rude called me a liar and said that I put the hair in my food and didn’t want to give me a refund he was arguing with me making a huge scene saying I put the hair there it was just a terrible experience I never recommend this location to anyone!!

Placed an order for pick up through the Charley’s website when I received the order it was missing items and my sandwich was made it incorrectly. I called to get a refund and Brittney was very rude and had an attitude saying they close at 9pm and that I would need to make it in 15mins or request a refund from the website. I asked to speak with a manager she also had an attitude and was rude and condescending told me the refund had to be processed through the website and said isn’t that what the other person told me however the website said the location needed to do the refund. Finally was able to speak with the owner who said his wife has to issue the refund. Just got the run around. The worst place to order food from.

usually i don’t have a problem with this place but today i am slightly upset. i made sure my order had no pickles but once i receive it, it had pickles. second, the app said my food would be delivered in an hour. fine, no problem that’s why i ordered when i did. it wound up taking 1 hour and 30 min for my food to be delivered. other than these instances, i had no other problems. just please pay attention when someone is requesting for something to NOT be on their food.

I went in as they where closing and I mean just a few minutes before the mall closed (basically closed) and my experience I had was superb. Sheyla, Sasha, Brian, and Joseph that where closing up on 5/23/2022. These 4 are definitely 5 start employees!!!!! They deserve a raise for sure!!!! Even though they where pretty much closed out for the night like the rest of the mall, they where super helpful and gladly made my food without a second thought. Kudos to these 4 for keeping up that customer service down to the second. They where so kind and very pleasurable to have and experience with. 10/10 for these fantastic 4!!!! Keep it up
